BrewBuster, LLC uses a highly accurate flow monitoring device that is installed on each beer line in your location. Beer flows through a turbine metering device causing an internal rotor to spin. As the rotor spins an electrical signal is generated in the pickup coil. This data is translated from the turbine into calibrated flow units shown on the flow meter readout. Using a web-based user interface, the flow readouts are compared to point of sales data providing the user with a multitude of reports that will provide you and your operations team all the information needed to assess your draft beer efficiency.
